Standard Support & Maintenance Plan
With unlimited email support you can efficiently find solutions to your technical challenges. The following features are included with this basic support package.

- Support response within eight hours
Cost: 18% of Product Licensing Fees annually
Enhanced Support & Maintenance Plans
Providing you with a quicker response time, the enhance support package ensures you have help when you need it. The following features are included within this package.
- Questions & Queries

- Latest versions & Service packs
- Upgrades to the newest version of Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Support response within three hours
- Unlimited email and phone support
Cost: 25% of Product Licensing Fees annually
Microsoft Dynamics GP Support
Binary Stream’s support packages do not cover Microsoft Dynamics GP general support questions. However, these services are available as part of our Professional Services.
