Product Feature: Lease / Loans Manager

Binary Stream’s Lease / Loan Manager helps businesses better manage and track their leasing and loan activities directly within Microsoft Dynamics GP. This functionality significantly aides in streamlining scheduled lease and loan payments within the receivables management module. By offering several flexible options for lease and loan terms such as the use of the Rule of 78 for calculating interest and billing on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis, the Lease / Loans Manager can save a great deal of time. Within cash receipts processing, new enhancements allow users to automatically post AR documents, cash receipts, and then apply payments to these AR documents. This on average has saved our customers an estimated time savings of two minutes per cash receipt.

One of Binary Stream’s latest innovations, the Revenue & Expense Deferrals product recently gained two more customers, one in the software development industry and the other in hosted services. As both organizations have the need to defer revenues per item on a single invoice, Revenue & Expense Deferrals was the only solution in the market that offered embedded functionality, making it a seamless transition for existing Microsoft Dynamics GP customers. Revenue & Expense Deferrals also integrates to Recurring Billing Manager, a recurring contract billing solution typically used by technology companies.
