Product Feature: eMailer Manager

Over the years the eMailer Manager has saved Microsoft Dynamics GP users both time and money by batch processing the delivery of SOP documents, EFT remittances and payroll remittances quickly and easily. For example, instead of sending 20 emails to various contacts, this solution enables you to send one batch of 20 emails – saving you this processing time. On the back end of this, the eMailer Manager stores these documents within the users file systems automatically and tracks the email delivery batches for you. With the ability to send thousands of emails at a time, this handy utility can dramatically cut down document delivery processing by over 90%.

Product Update: New Multi-Facility Updates to W2’s and W3’s

Within the newest release of Multi Facility Processing, new functionality has been added to include greater processing abilities for W2s and W3s. Now users will be able to print W3’s by facility and create W2’s for magnetic media by facility. This added flexibility will help Microsoft Dynamics GP users adapt these report formats to their multi-entity accounting environments within Multi-Facility Processing. Over the last ten years Binary Stream has come a long way to become a member of Microsoft’s prestigious President’s Club and an integral player within the Microsoft Partner Channel. Employing over 25 people and having been named one of the fastest growing companies in British Columbia by Business in Vancouver, Binary Stream Software started off modestly in Lak Chahal’s basement in 1999. As a one man operation Lak, began building connections and developing custom solutions for Microsoft Dynamics GP within the partner community. Slowly the company grew to become a provider of several packaged solutions for common workflow bottlenecks in Microsoft Dynamic GP and by 2003 over 15 products were being offered in variety of industries to fit a multitude of client needs.
