New Version of the Lease / Loans Manager Available Soon

Over the past six months several enhancements and workflows have been added to Binary Stream’s Lease / Loans Manager. With new pay period calculations available, for payments such as those over 10 months instead of 12months and more, this solution has taken on more flexibility for a broader range of leasing and loan applications. Additionally several other functions have been added including extra tax calculations and enhanced interest types, adding to this flexibility to provide greater ease when processing these arrangements.

The Phoenix Suns Rave about Binary Stream’s Services

Bill Bolt, Vice President of Information Technology at the Phoenix Suns writes, “Using a separate payroll system, we use eConnect to integrate our payroll data to Microsoft Dynamics GP. While eConnect did work for us, we knew we could improve the process to reduce the amount of labour required to process the integrations. When we spoke to our reseller, they recommended that we speak to Binary Stream and sure enough, they did their homework and came up with a customization that has helped us dramatically reduce the time it takes to process our payroll. They truly are Microsoft Dynamics GP experts!”

aWh Skateboard Distribution streamlines their Multiple Order Processing.

With the implementation of a new e-commerce ordering system, aWh Skateboard Distribution was receiving an increased number of client orders over short periods of time, which were creating new challenges for their ordering department. If clients ordered several times, these orders came through in GP as separate invoices which created confusion and additional costs when it came time to package and ship these items at the warehouse.

By utilizing Binary Stream’s Sales Document Merger Manager aWh Skateboards effectively streamlined and improved their order processing, by combining these orders quickly and easily into one invoice. This created an effective and stress-free workflow that saved them time and better managed their client relations.
