Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant
Founded in 1999, Binary Stream Software has established a reputation for providing quality software solutions to the ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) market. Binary Stream is a leading certified Microsoft Business Solutions and ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partner that specializes in customizing Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains software. Our clients include industry leaders such as ePartners, Tectura, CBIZ, RSM McGladrey and InterDyn.
Due to unprecedented growth, we are in need of a consultant to help bring our solutions to market for our more complex solutions. This is an exciting new opportunity within Binary Stream and has wonderful growth potential. Some minimal travel required for on-site consulting and training is required. A large component of the consulting will relate to US healthcare organizations and their related resale partners. Accordingly, a background in healthcare is highly desirable.
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services / training to clients as required either remotely or on site.
- Help to establish demo and / or test training databases for solutions.
- Work with sales as a product / pre-sales resource when needed.
- Preparation of marketing literature, in particular compiling information on different software solutions offered in terms of features, benefits and functionality.
- Demo solutions as required.
- Participate in trade shows and conferences when required.
- Provide content to update website to include latest solutions and information.

Experience required:
- 1-3 years experience in a Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting role or related background.
- Experience dealing with software implementers, end users and high-level executives and decision makers.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning software, especially Great Plains an asset.
- An accounting, business, marketing and/or IS (Information Systems) background desirable.
- Hospital workflow experience highly desirable.
- Computer literate (Microsoft suite). Experience with ERP and database management an asset.
