Currently we are looking for a Technical Support to support our rapid growth and our Client Services team. The Technical Support position will play a vital role within the Client Services team to assist our external clients in identifying, diagnosing, and recreating software issues for resolution. Working mostly customers and partners, this position will be accountable for supporting both standard out-of-the-box products and customization projects.
If you’re coming from an IT background or have software support experience with any ERP software (Sage Accpac, Oracle, SAP, etc.) and would like to work with the latest Microsoft enterprise software technologies and tools, support new products in software/client support services, then this opportunity is for you. Microsoft is aggressively expanding its business solutions division and Binary Stream is well positioned to compliment their strategic growth as a Preferred Microsoft partner.
The major challenges for the Technical Support position are to develop an in-depth knowledge of Binary Stream’s product line, Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) ERP software, provide timely support to our external clients and further improve our products by interacting with our development Team.
The ideal candidate could be:
- An IT professional or software developer with 2 or more years of ERP software experience and / or a sound working knowledge of a customer centric role,
- An accountant with superior software troubleshooting skills, knowledge of higher-end ERP solutions such as Great Plains and business workflow knowledge, or
- A current ERP software support specialist looking for a hands on challenge with rapid growth opportunities at Binary Stream
