Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

The ideal candidate for the Inside Sales Executive position will possess a strong desire to be part of hard working sales team that is dedicated to not just selling add-on software, but to recommend software solutions to close deals and foster relationships with our reselling partners. The Inside Sales Executive is a solutionist – they find solutions for customer requirements through a consultative sales process.  

Success in this role is dependent on at least one of the “pillars” of our business - (1) an accounting/business workflow background or good knowledge thereof and/or (2) a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics–Great Plains or another closely related ERP package.

The Inside Sales Executive will be assigned to specific software products – our smaller Manager and Foundation series products - and will be responsible for managing, enhancing and cultivating leads through our reseller channel and end user database.  In addition to selling these smaller products, the Inside Sales Executive is responsible for out-bound telemarketing to resellers and GP end users. A key area of importance is also the applicant’s ability to manage the delicate relationship with reselling partners and end-user customers.          

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone wanting to enter the exciting Microsoft Dynamics ERP channel.  This is ideal for a Dynamics consultant wanting to make the “jump” into a consultative sales environment with less/occasional travel. It may also appeal to an accountant who wants to leverage their knowledge of accounting and deal with clients that have complex ERP system needs. In fact, many of our current and highly successful sales executives are ex-accountants who were tired of their traditional role and craved a career where they could use their terrific knowledge base in a more entrepreneurial fashion.
